Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a developer to build end-to-end features across client projects and our own products, and to set up the measurement infrastructure behind them.

What we are looking for

At least 3 years with PHP (Laravel) or Node.js
Strong command of modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS
Experience with MySQL/MariaDB and relational data modelling
Comfortable working in a team with Git
A habit of writing clean, tested code

Nice to have

Experience with Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking
Tailwind CSS and component-based UI development
API integrations (Google Ads, Meta Marketing API)

Graphic Designer

Full time Istanbul / Hybrid

We are looking for a designer who produces testable creative for performance campaigns — someone who works fast and changes direction based on the data.

What we are looking for

A portfolio of digital advertising creative
Command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Understanding of ad formats and platform specifications
Ability to produce multiple variations for testing

Nice to have

Motion graphics and short-form video editing
Experience designing for A/B tests
Familiarity with brand identity work
