Commercial Message Notice (ETK)
Information about the sending of commercial electronic messages and how consent is managed.
Last updated: 06 September 2026
1. Scope
This notice relates to commercial electronic messages sent by OXXI Digital Performance Agency (Saray Dijital Medya Hizmetleri) under Turkish Law no. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.
2. What does consent cover?
If you tick the commercial message box on our forms, we may send you messages containing:
- Announcements about our services and campaigns
- Industry content, guides and blog notifications
- Invitations to events and webinars
Messages are sent by email and, where needed, by SMS. Withholding consent does not prevent you from receiving a quote or using our services; messages informing you about your own enquiry are sent regardless of this consent.
3. Consent is optional
Commercial message consent is not mandatory. It is offered as a separate box on our forms and is independent of KVKK consent. You can submit the form without ticking it.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge:
- Through the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email we send
- By sending a request to hello@oxxidigital.com
- Through the Turkish Message Management System (İYS)
Your opt-out request is processed within 3 business days at the latest, after which no further commercial electronic message is sent to you.
5. Message Management System (İYS)
Your consent and opt-out records are registered with İYS as required by legislation. Through İYS you can view and manage the permissions you have given to every brand.
6. Consent records
The date, time and IP address of your consent are recorded, as we carry the burden of proof. These records are kept for 1 year after consent is withdrawn.
7. Your personal data
For detailed information about the personal data processed in this context, see our Privacy Notice (KVKK).
